Elima Care Kitty
The organization has a robust Welfare Programme called ‘ELIMA CARE KITTY’ which is structured to offer members support when they face adversity especially when; They loose one of their dependents as recorded in the Elima registry OR when they ‘re critically sick and admitted. This is a member to member support program by way of contribution whereby, ALL members contribute Ksh.100/- towards the affected member’s kitty and part of this amount is channeled to
the bereaved according to set rules. This kitty is meant to greatly alleviate pain and suffering that face vulnerable community members in meeting Burial and unpaid medical bills for their loved ones. In case a member is admitted, all members will contribute 50 bob each.
BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ELIMA CARE KITTY
- Fill & Submit the Elima Care Registration Form
- Pay non-refundable Registration fee of Ksh.1000/- , Children at Ksh.200/-
- In case of bereavement Or any other urgent case of medical attention from members, all members to contribute Ksh 100 for bereavement and Ksh 50 for Medical Urgency of a member.
- Be part of the Contribution Groups ( As stated below)
- If you’re not in the Groups, the CBO will give you 20,000/- as Minimum Support
- Must have I.D and Active Phone number
- If a child is registered as a dependant, submit their Birth certificate 8. Children don’t have monthly Group Contributions (Registration fee is made once)

GROUP 4 CONTRIBUTION

GROUP 5 CONTRIBUTION

TO QUALIFY:
- One must be member of ELIMA CBO.
- Must have contributed for more than 3 months (According to respective Groups.)
- Must provide Proof of Claim
Accompany Chiefs letter.
